“ I’m extremely proud to be a part of the “CHECK IN WITH YOU” movement. It’s a cause very near and dear to me, as I’ve struggled with mental health including; anxiety, PTSD, depression and more. The culmination of hardships found me in a treatment facility for a 40+ day stint. That journey saved my life. If “CHECK IN WITH YOU” gets even just one person to ask for help, then we’ve done our job. Be brave and if you can, ask for help knowing that you are not alone.”

" When Hayley asked us to help her realise her vision for the video part of this campaign, it was easy to say yes. Most of us have never experienced a time like this that has been so challenging for the collective mental health of the global population. For people like myself who have struggled with their own mental health issues in the past, the external influences that bring about uncertainty and fear are hard to process. It is really important for me personally to reach as many people as possible with Hayley's message in the hope that people realise it's ok to not feel ok and that many other people feel that way too."
